5 Simple points to consider:

1. Ears (leveled)
2. Shoulders (leveled)
3. Hips (leveled)
4. Knees (leveled)
5. Feet (straight or parallel)

Understand that though you are seated the alignment should be enforced in a corrective fashion,such as:

-Neck neutral
-Shoulders relaxed
-Upper back, "shoulder blades" depressed and together
-Upper chest lifted

-At times focus on drawing the belly button towards your spine until a level of consistency is achieved
-Don't allow unnecessary tension, take deep breaths throughout and slow controlled exhales
-Be discrete about your pace, focus on slow, controlled, and natural movements for about 15 minutes

I have worked out with Vicente for over two years; he has seen me through extensive reconstructive knee surgery. When my elderly mom developed arthritis in her neck, I knew that Vicente would be able to help her develop better posture, correct bad habits and gain upper body strength. She has welcomed him as family and works out weekly with him. His engery has worked wonders.
